Stadium
SYNOT TIP ARENA meets the criteria of FIFA and UEFA for organising national as well as international football matches at the level of clubs as well as national teams. It falls into category 3. The capacity of the auditorium is 21,000 roofed seats. Not a single column obstructs the view. The lawn is heated. The stadium is also used as the venue of cultural events, including mega concerts.
Lounge Chairs and VIP Boxes
In the west wing of the facility, there are 40 VIP boxes with a total capacity of 400 seats and a club storey with a capacity of 666 seats. The club seats are situated in the central position of the west wing, directly above the substitutes benches. Whether you watch sports events, cultural events or you come to attend to meetings, the corporate facilities in SYNOT TIP ARENA ensure ideal settings.
Iris Congress Hotel
The north wing of the premises is a four-star hotel with a capacity of 150 rooms, operated by Jerome Travel. The new hotel offers a lobby bar, a restaurant or a congress centre. The air-conditioned rooms offer an Internet connection, a TV set with satellite reception, a mini bar and a safe.
Komerční banka
At the beginning of May 2008, Komerční banka will open a branch in the Edem multiuse complex, which also includes Slavia’s football stadium.
McDonald's
The restaurant is sufficiently spacious; it occupies an area of 417 square metres along with its operational facilities. It will include a children’s corner and a drive-in window for customers in cars. McDonald’s is adjacent to the fanshop. It has 120 seats indoors and 80 seats outdoors.
Offices
The offices areas with their own reception desk are situated in the south-west part of the facility in four storeys (the 2nd – 5th above-ground storeys). They offer an area of more than 2,400 square metres. The Knight & Frank company mediate the lease of the offices.
Fanshop
The premises also include a FANZone fanshop operated by the sinne company. It is situated in the shopping zone, on the ground floor of the west wing, at the entrance corridor. The area of the shop is 150 square metres and therefore provides fans with sufficient comfort.
