The commercial and office premises are situated in the western section of the complex. In front of the building, there is an open space that will be accessible seven days a week. The commercial zone offers more than 800 square meters, the office zone more than 2,400 square meters. The tenants will have the possibility to take advantage of other services within the complex, such as catering, conference facilities or hotel.

The office premises are offered for lease by the company Knight Frank. They are situated in the south-west section of the complex, on four floors (2nd – 5th above-ground floors).

Commercial premises
On the ground floor of the building (1st above-ground floor), there is a commercial zone having the floor area of more than 800 square meters. It will be available to customers and visitors non-stop, i.e. not only during sports and cultural events. A part of the commercial zone is also a VIP reception.
